This vintage NORA Alarm wristwatch combines mid-century Swiss craftsmanship with one of the more uncommon and desirable complications in vintage horology: a mechanical alarm. Powered by a manual-wind 17-jewel caliber with Incabloc shock protection, it features twin crowns — one for time-setting, one to wind and arm the alarm — beneath a black dial with gold-tone Arabic numerals and a distinctive red-tipped alarm hand.

Highlights

  • Mechanical alarm complication — uncommon and desirable in vintage Swiss watches
  • 17-jewel manual-wind caliber with Incabloc shock protection
  • Black dial with gold-tone Arabic numerals and red-tipped alarm hand
  • Dual crowns — time-setting and alarm arm/wind
  • Caseback engraved "Antimagnetic – Swiss Made – Stainless Steel Back – Waterproof"

Working Vintage Alarm Caliber

The watch is fitted with a 17-jewel Swiss manual-wind caliber featuring Incabloc shock protection and an integrated mechanical alarm. The alarm function is operational and audibly chimes when armed and triggered. The watch winds and runs smoothly; as with all vintage mechanicals, a service is recommended for long-term reliability.
